Relocation questions rarely happen all at once. When you book the complete Soft Landing Package, you receive 3 months of dedicated On-Demand Everyday Support starting from the launch of our agreement.

·Response Guarantee: Clear, practical guidance provided within 48 hours on business days during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00).
·Peace of Mind: You never have to face a confusing letter, an unexpected invoice, or a local administrative hurdle alone during your first 90 days.

Additional Modules & Extended Complexity

Every family's journey is unique, and sometimes extra guidance is needed beyond the scope of the initial agreement.

·Modular Add-ons: If you need further support in a specific area, any of our 7 Individual Modules can be purchased separately. Each module includes up to 3–4 hours of dedicated preparation, session time, and follow-up.
·Specialised Complexity Rate: For unusually complex matters requiring extensive third-party interaction (such as prolonged negotiations, intricate banking setups, or complex authority cases), extra time beyond a module's standard frame is billed at our advisory hourly rate of 1,250 DKK/hour (excl. VAT) — always discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Payment Options

We offer structured and transparent billing options tailored to both corporate clients and private individuals.

Private clients

·Upfront payment (best value): DKK 24,750 incl. VAT, paid upon agreement by bank transfer.
·3-month instalment plan: 3 × DKK 9,000 incl. VAT, billed at the start of Month 1, Month 2 and Month 3.
